1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TuneRight ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

TuneRight is a musical instrument tuner application for iOS devices. The App uses your device's microphone to detect pitch and help you tune your instrument.

3. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on iOS devices that you own or control.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

TuneRight Pro: Some features of the App require a paid subscription or one-time purchase ("TuneRight Pro"). Details about pricing and subscription terms are available in the App and on the App Store.

Payment: All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Apple's terms of service for in-app purchases.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple. Contact Apple Support for refund inquiries.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for TuneRight Pro. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription. Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and may only be available once per Apple ID.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its contents, features, and functionality are owned by TuneRight and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TUNERIGHT IS A TOOL TO ASSIST WITH INSTRUMENT TUNING. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE PERFECT ACCURACY AND THE APP SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON AS THE SOLE METHOD FOR CRITICAL TUNING APPLICATIONS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TUNERIGHT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
