By downloading, installing, or using Jacked, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Jacked is a fitness tracking application designed to help users plan, track, and optimize their resistance training workouts. The App provides:
- Workout logging and tracking
- Load suggestions based on historical performance
- Volume tracking by muscle group
- Progress visualization and analytics
- Progress photo storage

Jacked is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The App's suggestions are based on general fitness principles and your logged data. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider or certified fitness professional before starting any exercise program. If you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Provide accurate information when logging workouts
- Take responsibility for your own safety during exercise
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
- Not use the App in any way that could damage or impair its functionality
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
4.1 Free and Premium Features
Jacked offers both free features and premium features available through in-app purchase subscriptions.
4.2 Payment
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases.
4.3 Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
4.4 Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer or decompile the App
- Use our trademarks without permission
- Create derivative works based on the App
6. Your Data
6.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App, including workout logs, body measurements, and progress photos.
6.2 Data Storage
Your data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced through your iCloud account. We do not have access to your data. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
6.3 Data Loss
While we design the App to protect your data, we cannot guarantee against data loss. We recommend enabling iCloud sync to back up your data.
7. Disclaimers
7.1 No Warranty
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7.2 Fitness Advice
The App's suggestions are based on general fitness principles and algorithms. They do not constitute professional fitness advice. Individual results may vary.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Personal injury or health issues
- Loss of data
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Damage to equipment
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
