Why does TuneRight need microphone permission?
TuneRight needs access to your microphone to hear your instrument and detect its pitch. Without microphone access, the tuner cannot function.

How do I restore my purchases?
If you've previously purchased TuneRight Pro and need to restore it:
- Open TuneRight

- On the upgrade screen, tap "Restore Purchases"
The tuner isn't detecting my instrument. What should I do?
Try these troubleshooting steps:
- Check microphone permission - Make sure TuneRight has access to your microphone in Settings
- Get closer - Move your instrument closer to your iPhone's microphone
- Reduce background noise - Find a quieter environment
- Pluck one string at a time - Multiple notes can confuse pitch detection
- Let the note ring - Hold the note steady for best detection
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple:
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Find TuneRight and tap it
- Tap Cancel Subscription
